This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and okadaph governing all use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read it in full before using the okadaph platform.

Each player is permitted one registered account on the okadaph platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same person or household — are a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds pending verification of fraud intent.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by okadaph are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonuses must be explicitly claimed and their terms reviewed before play. okadaph reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through abuse or misrepresentation.
Withdrawals at okadaph require completed KYC verification. Players who have claimed a deposit bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the bonus portion of their balance becomes withdrawable. okadaph processes verified withdrawal requests in accordance with the stated payment method timelines.
The okadaph platform operates under a PAGCOR licence and these Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes arising from use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and confirm that you are playing with funds you can afford to lose. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available in your okadaph account dashboard and to contact support immediately if you believe your gambling behaviour has become harmful.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okadaph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. All of the above documents form part of the binding agreement between you and okadaph. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the more specific document expressly states otherwise.
You must not use the okadaph Platform if you are under 21 years of age, if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or if you have previously been self-excluded from okadaph.
To register and maintain an active Account at okadaph, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
okadaph is required under its PAGCOR licence to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID — upon request. okadaph reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the okadaph Platform at any time. The existence of duplicate Accounts — including Accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. okadaph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and, where evidence of intentional duplication or bonus abuse is found, to permanently suspend the player and forfeit any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okadaph will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify okadaph immediately via the 24/7 customer support channel. okadaph will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the okadaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise for specific payment methods such as cryptocurrency.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. okadaph may, in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations, apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Account balances or take steps to return funds to the verified account holder. You will be notified before any such action is taken.
okadaph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. okadaph does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which okadaph bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your okadaph Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources will be refused and returned. okadaph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML obligations under Philippine law.
okadaph holds all player funds in accounts segregated from its operational capital. Your deposited balance is not used to fund platform operations and is protected in the event of financial difficulty on the part of the operator.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
okadaph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, including requesting supporting documentation as required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. Delays resulting from such checks do not constitute a breach of these Terms by okadaph.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okadaph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the okadaph Platform — including but not limited to the okadaph brand name, logo, visual design, website layout, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of okadaph or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okadaph.
okadaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the okadaph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, PAGCOR reporting obligations, fraud prevention, and customer support communications.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, okadaph will take all reasonable steps to enforce it. If you attempt to re-register during a self-exclusion period, the new Account will be closed and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment method. 21+ Age Restriction: okadaph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all registered players. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be permanently closed, funds withheld pending regulatory review, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required under our licence conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okadaph's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okadaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okadaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by its own wilful misconduct.
okadaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, okadaph will return any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, except where funds are subject to a legal hold, regulatory review, or fraud investigation. okadaph will notify the player of any such hold and its expected duration to the extent permitted by law.
okadaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okadaph will notify registered players by email to the registered address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to arrange the orderly closure of your Account and return of any outstanding balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the okadaph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through okadaph's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. okadaph will acknowledge any formal complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with okadaph's resolution may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its published player grievance channels.
