This Privacy Policy describes how okadaph collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal information of its registered players and website visitors. It is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Our Principles
These six principles guide every data processing decision at okadaph. They reflect both our legal obligations under Philippine law and our genuine commitment to treating player data with care.
okadaph collects personal data only for specific, legitimate, and explicitly declared purposes. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this Privacy Policy without obtaining your separate consent or establishing a separate lawful basis.
We collect only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfil the stated purpose. okadaph does not collect categories of sensitive personal data that are not required for account management, KYC verification, or legal compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations.
okadaph takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data we hold is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your personal information through your account dashboard or via our customer support team.
We implement technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits — appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the data we process. All security measures are reviewed and updated in line with current industry standards.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR licence conditions, and anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations. After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
okadaph respects and facilitates the exercise of all data subject rights granted under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the right to access, correct, object, erasure, portability, and compensation for damages arising from a data breach. Requests are processed within the timelines mandated by the NPC.
Philippine Law Notice: This Privacy Policy is issued pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:
okadaph acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data collected from players and website visitors through the okadaph Platform. okadaph has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Privacy Policy and managing data subject rights requests. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 16 of this policy.
Where okadaph engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — including payment processors, game providers, KYC verification vendors, and customer support platforms — such providers act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs). okadaph requires all PIPs to implement data processing agreements that meet the standards required by Philippine law and that bind PIPs to equivalent data protection obligations.

okadaph uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:
The okadaph Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide core functionality, maintain your session while logged in, and gather anonymous analytics data. The categories of cookies used on the Platform are as follows:
okadaph does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies or behavioural retargeting technologies that share your browsing data with external advertising networks. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform.
okadaph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent strictly necessary:
okadaph engages trusted third-party processors who act on our documented instructions and are contractually bound to data protection standards at least equivalent to those required by Philippine law. These include: KYC and identity verification providers; payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI network, BDO network, Metrobank); game software providers (Jili, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others); customer support platform providers; and cloud infrastructure and hosting providers.
okadaph is required to disclose player data to PAGCOR as part of its licensing obligations, and to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in connection with suspicious transaction reports and covered transaction reports under the AMLA. We may also disclose personal data in response to lawful orders from Philippine courts, the NPC, or other competent government authorities.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets involving okadaph, personal data held by the Platform may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to that entity assuming equivalent data protection obligations. Players will be notified of any such transfer prior to their data being subject to a materially different privacy policy.
For any sharing not covered by the above categories, okadaph will obtain your explicit consent before disclosing your personal data to third parties.
Some of okadaph's third-party service providers — particularly game software providers and cloud infrastructure vendors — operate servers or personnel located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in countries that have not been assessed by the NPC as providing adequate data protection, okadaph implements appropriate safeguards, which may include:
By using the okadaph Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines in accordance with the safeguards described above. A list of countries to which data may be transferred is available upon request from the DPO.
okadaph retains personal data for the periods set out below, after which data is securely deleted, anonymised, or archived in accordance with the applicable legal requirement:
Where personal data is retained beyond the active account relationship for legal compliance purposes, it is restricted to access by authorised personnel only and is not used for any commercial purpose.

If a request cannot be fulfilled within that period, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and the expected completion date. okadaph does not charge a fee for the exercise of data subject rights except in cases of manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.
NPC Complaint Right: If you believe that okadaph has failed to comply with its obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. okadaph implements a layered security architecture to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our current security measures include:
While okadaph takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, no security system is completely impenetrable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying okadaph immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
The okadaph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulations. okadaph does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the okadaph Account registration and KYC process. If okadaph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 — whether through the registration process, a complaint, or otherwise — the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted or returned in accordance with applicable law, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by our licence conditions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 21 has registered an Account at okadaph, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 16.
The okadaph Platform may contain references to third-party services, including game providers and payment processors, whose own platforms operate independently of okadaph. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data collected and processed by okadaph through the okadaph Platform. okadaph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms and encourages you to review the relevant privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your use of the okadaph Platform.
okadaph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or changes to how we operate the Platform. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file and by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' notice before the revised policy takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law.
The current version of this Privacy Policy is always accessible at okadaph.co/privacy-policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time a new version is published. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised policy.
